Frequently Asked Questions

If you need to cancel an order that hasn’t entered the shipping process yet, follow these steps:
  1. Go to Your Orders and select the order you want to cancel.
  2. Check the box next to the item(s) you want to remove from the order. To cancel the entire order, select all items.
  3. Choose the reason for cancellation and click Cancel selected items in this order when finished.
After submitting the cancellation, you’ll receive a confirmation message via email. For orders which are already being shipped please contact us to cancel order.

Do send email or call us for a refund.

If your order haven't being shipped already, then you will refunded immediately.

Incase of order being shipped, you will receive a refund within 24 hours.

Log in to your website’s admin panel.
    • Navigate to the order management section.
    • Locate the specific order you want to modify.
    • Depending on your platform, you can:
      • Change Quantity: Increase or decrease the quantity of your orders.
      • Update Details: Edit customer information, shipping address, or payment details.
      • Add/Remove Items: Include additional items or remove existing ones.
    • Save the changes.

You can track directly from your order shipment number from the shipping agency, you will receive an email from the agency having all following details.

  1. Severe Weather Conditions: Bad weather, such as storms, heavy snow, or hurricanes, can disrupt transportation and cause delays in deliveries.
  2. Unexpected Demand and Capacity Constraints: Sometimes, a sudden surge in orders overwhelms the supply chain, leading to delays.
  3. Mechanical Issues with Delivery Vehicles: Vehicle breakdowns or maintenance issues can impact delivery schedules.
  4. Staffing Shortages: If there aren’t enough drivers or staff available, it can lead to delays.
  5. Customs Holds (for International Shipments): Delays can occur due to customs inspections or paperwork issues for international orders.
  6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address: If the address provided is unclear or incomplete, it can cause delays.
  7. Technical Glitches: System errors, payment verification issues, or glitches in the order processing can lead to delays.
